About Us
Integrity is a family-led and family-owned partner to all those providing helping or caring tasks. Throughout our professional journeys, we have experienced roles and responsibilities within local authorities, NHS, the public, private, and voluntary sectors.
We noticed that those caring for others benefit from being cared for, supported by, and encouraged to keep helping. Having seen this need and wondering who and how Integrity Training and Consultancy was formed, we are setting out to meet the needs of people helping people.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to upskill those helping within and around children's and young people's career vocations, promoting awareness, reflection, boundaries, and best practices.
Our vision
Our vision is to contribute to a vocation where caring and helping services are highly valued and positively supported and where the workforce drawn to a challenging yet rewarding role is set up for success and provides better care and support for longer.
At Integrity, we partner with leaders, teams, and providers of helping services to assist them when they feel stuck, or things might get in the way of our task. We do this by providing partnerships, training, and consultancy-based solution-focused approaches.

Our true north is always the welfare and well-being of children and young people. We advocate for the best interests of children and young people by empowering and enabling adults with helping roles and responsibilities. Our learning aims include promoting boundaries, positive practices, appropriate challenges, curiosity, and reflection. Our goal at Integrity is to ensure that every learning experience with us impacts a professional in a way that enables them to feel prepared and supported to make a positive difference in the experiences and futures of all our children and young people.

During our learning experiences, we provide examples, offer tools, and include learners’ views and voices while also checking for understanding and exploring post-learning take-away commitments.

We are dedicated to creating safe and contained learning environments. Our learning experiences aim to provide professionals with high-quality training opportunities across various valuable topics designed to develop the skills and experiences necessary to help children and young people live healthy, happy, and hopeful lives.
